- Wallet address(es) provided or used within the Platform

2.2 Technical Information
When you use the Platform, we may automatically receive:

- Basic usage logs and diagnostic information (e.g., errors)
- Transaction metadata (network, amount, token, tx-hash)
This information is pseudonymous and used only to operate and secure the Platform.
2.3 Customer Checkout Information
When Customers pay through Woldy checkout on behalf of a Merchant, we may process:
- Wallet address used for payment
- Email address (optional, only to send a receipt)
- On-chain transaction details
We do not contact Customers or use this information for marketing, analytics, or profiling.
Woldy processes Customer information only for the Merchant.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information solely to:
- operate and maintain the Platform
- authenticate Merchant accounts
- send transactional emails (e.g., receipts)
- deploy and manage Merchant settlement vaults
- provide support and troubleshoot issues
- protect the Platform from abuse and errors
We do not sell or share personal information for advertising or commercial gain.
4. Service Providers
We use a small number of infrastructure services:
- DigitalOcean – hosting and compute
- Sentry – error monitoring
- Resend – email delivery
These providers process limited technical information only to support Platform functionality.
We do not allow third parties to use the information for their own purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as needed to:
- operate the Platform
- support Merchant activity
- maintain security and integrity
Transaction data recorded on public blockchains is permanent and cannot be altered by Woldy.
6. Security
We implement reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access or misuse.
However, no online system can be completely secure, and blockchain data is inherently public.
7. Children
The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18.
We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
